Our monthly bookkeeping price is tailored to your business task and workorder.  The main factors are are whatever affects the complexity and work load of the tasks you are requesting a proposal for us to do.  So things like entity type (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, Nonprofit), employees on payroll, number of point-of-sale (POS) systems, maximum monthly transactions (deposits, expenses, wires), Hawaiʻi GET filing cadence (monthly or every 4 months), accounting software (QuickBooks® Online or other), and your typical 1099 count all affect our work complexity and work load.
